What We Want From You Before Arriving at Check-Up
If you are pregnant or have doubts about this, you should always tell your
doctor before starting the procedure.
If you have any previous test and other examination results, please bring it.
On the day of the appointment you must be hungry (8-12 hours a night of hunger
is enough). In the meantime, do not eat anything, do not drink anything except
water and do not smoke.
For the stressed ECG, you will need a pair of running shoes, socks and
tracksuits.
It is recommended that you do not eat red meat, broccoli and radish for two days.
Otherwise, it may be necessary to repeat some tests.
If vitamin C is used, the amount should not exceed 250 mg per day.
If iron-containing drugs are used, they should be discontinued at least two days
before check-up.

a healthy examination.
